Vikas Lifecare Ltd. (VLL) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, engaged in trading and manufacturing of polymer, rubber compounds and additives for plastics, synthetic & natural rubber.
The company has been primarily engaged in the various business segments i.e. Polymer & Rubber Commodity (bulk consumption) Compounds and Master-Batches (Manufacturing up-cycled compounds from industrial and post-consumer waste materials like EVA, PVC, PP, PE etc.).
Contributing to the Environment Protection initiatives from the Government of India and fulfilling the mandated EPR obligations for the conglomerates using hundreds of thousands of tonnes of plastic products and packaging materials.

Dr. S. K. Dhawan
Experience: 35+ Years
Dr. S. K. Dhawan, M.Sc. Chemistry, Ph.D. is a renowned scientist. Dr. Dhawan was Ex-Chief Scientist & Professor AcSIR, CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi and Ex-Chairman, Solid Waste & Plastic Waste Management Group (CPCB). His core activity areas have been Conducting Polymers, Nano Composites, Smart Intelligent Coatings, Waste Management, EMI shielding & ESD. Dr. Dhawan received Outstanding Scientist Award in 2009 and DST - Lockheed Martin Innovation Award in 2014 for his innovation in Self-healing Coatings. Dr. Dhawan's innovation on Waste plastic management was selected in the Smart Fifty innovations by DST & IIM Kolkata in 2017. Dr. Dhawan received National Innovation Award in 2018 from National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) for Smart Materials. Dr. Dhawan ranked #34 in the top most Material Scientists of India in the survey conducted by Research.com for 2023.

Dr. Chandan Kumar has taken over charge as Director in Vikas Lifecare Limited on 03rd September, 2022, the Chartered Accountant with more than 11 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. He is also holding a PhD in Commerce & Business Administration and fellow member of The Institute of chartered Accountants of India.
Dr. Chandan is a visionary Exploration leader and industry veteran bringing with him an extremely rich professional experience. He has also handled amalgamation and Income Tax cases of various companies independently. He is actively associated with educational and social activities organized by The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI).
Mr. Parag Dadeech

Industry veteran with nearly 29 years of diversified experience spanning multiple sectors of industry- Chemicals (Bulk & Specialty), Epoxy Resins, Adhesives & Sealants, Chlor-Alkali, Flexible Packaging, International Business & Lithium Batteries. Mr. Parag is B.Tech & M.S in Chemical Engineering (University of Tennessee, USA) & Supply Chain Management (Advance Program) from IIM, Kolkata. He is also Lean Six Sigma Master Black-Belt with a penchant for driving operational excellence in industries..
